Younique 3D Fiber Lash & Goodies

Soooooo… I have been extremely lucky to receive some goodies from Younique products! I was delighted to receive one of their popular 3D Fiber Lash Mascara’s and it is brill, if I am honest. However it does take some getting used to when applying to the lash but I was surprised as I thought it was going to be a lot harder to apply than it actually was. It came in a little box which looks so very professional I love it. Inside the box is two different applications, one is the transplanting gel and the other is the fiber bits. The correct way to apply this is to firstly, apply the transplanting gel to the lash and then use the other tube to stick the fibers to the gel on the lash.

Step 1: Use a lash curler to improve the curl and length of your lashes
Step 2: Some may say apply a mascara of your own choice first however I chose not to do this step but it is completely up to you
Step 3: Apply a small coat of the transplanting gel onto both lashes ensuring you are applying it equally from base to the tips of your lashes. As you want to make it look as equal as possible. What I usually like to do is start right at the base of the lash and work my way up to the tips of the lash.
Step 4: For the next part I would say only apply a coat of the fibers to the very tips of your lashes because it can get a little messy and clumpy, which is never a good look. However, if this was to happen then grab a lash comb and brush over before the gel sets to get rid of all of the clumps.
Step 5: If it is looking as you wish then lastly apply the transplanting gel one last time to set the fibers into place.

* Now It may sound complicated or too much hassle but really it isn’t and I would say it works so much better than normal mascara, in the sense that it brings your eyes out so much more because of the length of your lashes.*

This is a before and after shot of the 3D Fiber lash in place on my lashes (Before on the left and after on the other two pictures). The effect is definitely visible and worth it. Unfortunately I had a massive spot on my forehead which ruins the picture completely but oh well everyone gets spots haha.

I also received some other goodies from them to try out. I received a lippy, which again looks gorgeous. I think one of my favourite features is definitely the design, it is great. It looks so professional and modern. I also received some eyeshadow samples.

I think one of the down’s to this product is the smell haha, which is random I know however I do love a good, fresh smell.  When I opened this lipgloss I thought it would smell quite sweet but it doesn’t really smell of anything which is a shame. Despite that it does look great on the lips, makes my lips look extremely glossy, which is what it’s meant to do right?

I am yet to try these beauties but I will definitely report back when done so.
